Key Personnel

The staff of T&N Enterprises, LLC is comprised of a highly talented group of management professionals with over 60 years of experience within the multi-family industry. T&N Enterprises is a member of the Texas Apartment Association, the Houston Apartment Association and the Galveston County Apartment Association. Each of the corporate employees has experience and the dedication of an asset manager. Each of these individuals has a proven track record and experience in all segments of the multi-family industry.

Our CEO attended the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma and began his real estate career after three years in the United States Army. He is a former licensed real estate broker in Oklahoma, Massachusetts and New Jersey. He also holds the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM).

In 1968, he joined Henderson Properties Inc/Southwest Property Management Co. in Oklahoma City. During his twelve years with the company he was promoted through the ranks and in 1978 he was appointed President of Southwest Property Management Co. Upon leaving Southwest, he joined Brentwood Properties, a Trammel Crow Residential Company, where he was responsible for over 22,000 apartments located in twenty- two states. After Brentwood, he returned to Oklahoma City to take the position of President of Henderson Holding Co which owned Southwest Property Management Co, Canyon Construction Co, and The Motel Company where his responsibilities included being responsible for 10,000 multi- family apartments, 3,300,000 s. f. of shopping centers, 1,000,000 s. f. of office space, a 1,200 room motel chain, and 1,200 ministorage units.

In 1987 our CEO joined Congress Management Co. in Boston, Mass. as President of Operations. At Congress his responsibilities included 8,500 apartments, in forty-two locations, in twelve states. In 1996 he joined Hartex Property Group/Devonshire as an executive officer responsible for on-site property operations of 5,500 apartments in Houston. He returned to Devonshire in late 2001 to handle properties in multiple locations in Houston. He has managed or supervised over 150 apartment properties in the greater Houston area over the past 15 years.

T & N Enterprises LLC was formed in 2004. He was appointed as a receiver on multiple properties in Texas over the next several years. He continues to contribute to the day to day operations of T&N and work closely with brokers, lenders, and clients to maintain high occupancy and a quality product.

Tawni attended Texas Tech University and Champions School of Real Estate. She is a licensed Texas REALTOR®. Tawni has over fifteen years’ experience in property management as well as over 10 years accounting experience. Starting out as a leasing agent in 1999, she then worked her way up through the ranks to a supervisor role, and then a business owner. Mrs. Slaughter understands what it takes from all aspects of making a property successful taking a hands on approach with our clients and their assets. She has managed and supervised a wide array of properties. Mrs. Slaughter works very closely with each and every one of her managers to ensure they have the proper training and knowledge to make our client’s assets a success. She is very fluent in accounting, payroll, and accounts payable. This experience allows her to work closely with our Controller.
Our accounting department is led by a well experienced controller with over 40 years in the accounting industry. Dusty joined T&N Enterprises in 2014. She graduated from West Texas State University with her accounting degree. Her responsibilities encompass the financial statement preparation and review of all of our properties and corporate entities contained within T&N’s portfolio. She works closely with our clients and their partnership CPA’s to prepare tax returns.
